Upcoming Postal Changes

 

FNBR can help you comply with the upcoming major postal changes.   Changes include the Move Update requirement on November 23, 2008, and new designs for Flat-Sized mailers effective March 29, 2009.

 

The Move Update requirement must now be done more frequently, and now applies to all classes of discounted mail.  FNBR was prepared for the Move Update requirement since it's initial announcement, and has offered instant NCOA processing since June 1, 2007.  Contact us for NCOA information and other options so your mailings are compliant with this requirement.

 

All mailers classified as Flats must be oriented so that the recipient address is located in a specific place on the mailer.  The postal language is difficult to understand as the USPS has re-defined the word "top".  Please contact your FNBR rep for additional guidance.
