phone problems with our service provider

 

FNBR apologizes to our valued customers and prospects that had trouble reaching us by phone June 12th through July 20th.  We heard from so many of you that you could not get through to us by phone, and we sincerely apologize.

 

Our phone service provider was unable to provide FNBR with all of our required phone numbers and lines.  For the first month after our move, our service provider was only able to provide us with 30% of our required phone numbers and lines.  For the past two weeks, they were only able to provide us with 50% of our lines.

 

We are pleased to report that the provider has finally fixed all of their issues, and as of July 21st, all of our phone lines and phone numbers are operational.
